I’ve used the earbuds in the gym for about two hours in the gym and so far they work well. They stay in my ears and if they are seated properly then they block out most of the background noise. I had no issues with sweat or water damaging the earbuds.

At first they fit a little loose, but when I swapped the ear tip to the included large one, they fit snug and bass sounds better.

How Long Do SoundLiberty 53 Last?

The case itself is light and compact, so you can keep it on you at all times and never run out of charge. With up to 5 hours playtime from a single charge, you’ll never run out during a workout.

From my testing, you’ll fall a little short of that 5 hours if you crank your earphones at higher volumes, but if you keep the volume at closer to 60-70%, you’ll get close to 5 hours.
